KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
HEALTHCARE
• 255 Primary Healthcare Centres upgraded to Level-II status
• Kaduna became the first state in Nigeria to achieve this milestone
• 14 General Hospitals undergoing rehabilitation and modernisation
• 300-bed Specialist Hospital completed and commissioned
• Over 15% of the state budget consistently allocated to healthcare
AGRICULTURE
• 240,000+ farmers supported through agricultural interventions
• 900 truckloads of fertiliser distributed during 2024–2025 farming seasons
• Agricultural allocation increased from ₦1.48bn (2023) to over ₦100bn (2026)
• Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ) launched
INFRASTRUCTURE
• 150+ road projects executed across the state
• Over 1,400km of roads completed or ongoing
• 12 previously underserved local governments connected by road projects
• Historic 35km road linking Igabi, Kajuru and Chikun completed
WATER SUPPLY
• State of Emergency declared in the water sector
• Major investments in treatment plants and distribution networks

EDUCATION
• 600+ classrooms constructed and renovated
• 60 new secondary schools established
• Out-of-school children reduced from 550,000 to 187,320
• Tuition fees reduced by 50% in state-owned tertiary institutions
PEACE AND SECURITY
• Kaduna Peace Model introduced
• 162 schools reopened
• 222 Primary Healthcare Centres reopened
• Improved peace and stability across affected communities
ECONOMIC GROWTH
• Kaduna moved from 8th to 2nd position in ‘Ease-of-Doing-Business’ ranking
• $3.51 billion in domestic and foreign investments attracted
• Internally-Generated Revenue increased from ₦62bn to over ₦71bn
SOCIAL WELFARE
• 1.4 million passengers benefitted from CNG transport initiative
• Over ₦1.39bn saved in transportation costs
• ₦17.8bn paid in pensions, gratuities and death benefits
YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
• Three Institutes of Vocational Training established
• 32,000 youths to benefit annually
• Training in ICT, mechatronics, solar installation, welding, fashion design and other skills
